F.A.Q:
a. PC can not recognize SDXC memory cards?
1. Please verify that your PC is compatible with SDXC memory card.
2. Please do not format your SD memory card even when your PC shows a message your card needs to be formatted.
3. When a message "CONNECTING TO PC" shown on PC will not appear", please turn off the camera and disconnect the USB cable.
b. When I first got the camera I somehow lost all the video footage when I took the SD card and put it into my computer. How can I get the final videos?
The AVCHD file structure on the card is a bit complex - is that the problem; they are buried away under Private > AVCHD > BDMV > STREAM. You should then see your clips inside the STREAM folder numbered starting from 0001.MTS.
c. Can I edit Panasonic GH2 AVCHD in FCP 7 on Mac?

Tip: If you wanna join MTS/M2TS files for Final Cut Pro, please check the "Merge into one" box.
Step 2: Click on Format, and from the dropdown menu, here we recommend Final Cut Pro > Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) (.*mov). Then you can set the output folder as you want.

Note: Before start the conversion, you’d better deinterlace 1080i GH2 AVCHD for easier editing in FCP.
