Step 1. Insert the DVD disc into your computer's DVD drive and run DVD Ripper. You can click the "Load DVD" button to load the DVD files to the program. DVD ISO/IFO, VIDEO_TS folder are supported also.

Step 2. As has been stated above, MP4 is widely supported format, so you can just select "Common Video" > "H.264 Video(*.mp4)" as the output video format.

Tip: Of course, if you’ve aimed to copy DVD to Dropbox and share on your iPad, just choose a target format from the “iPad” preset.

Step 3. A couple other things to keep in mind about DropBox. If you only have the free account, you only have 2 GB of space (at least initially, unless you've invited some friends and gotten a little more) so you may run into space limitation issues. Besides trimming, cropping, adding watermark, adjusting special effect, are well supported as well.

Tip: You can also click the Settings button to tweak the output video, audio parameters including video size, video bitrate, frame reate, audio sample rate, etc.

Step 4. When all these settings are ready, you can click the "Convert" button to begin converting DVD to Dropbox. When the ripping is done, you can click on "Open" button to locate the ripped videos.
